A renovated loft in the Copan Building

El Copan Building it is one of the constructions most relevant and emblematic from the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo, it was designed by the Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer at the end of the decade the 50, on the occasion of the celebration of IV Centenary of São Paulo. The building is in a strategic place in the city center and consists of 37 floors, 72 stores, 5000 inhabitants, 1.160 floors, 6 blocks, and an evangelical church. The building is popular for its strange morphology that reminds of a wave.

The apartment that I show you today is one of the thousands that is inside the emblematic building. It's about una house of 140 m2, and originally it had a living room, kitchen, office and three bedrooms, after his rehabilitation, at the hands of Felipe Hess and Renata Pedrosa, has become a open and contemporary space, they have eliminated all kinds of distributions and the columns and concrete have been left in sight, thus getting a somewhat industrial decoration, the bedroom is separated from the rest of the home by a folding sliding door. The loft has a fantastic views of São Paulo since it is located on the 31st floor of the emblematic building.
