This elegant and charming residence It is located in a quiet corner of a neighborhood in the historic center of Atlanta, Georgia. Designed by the architecture studio BLDGS, is a remodeling of an old house from 1910.
Surrounded by trees and with direct views of the city skyline, in the project of this three-level residence - including the garage - the open spaces stand out thanks to its glass cladding. The interior rooms are organized as a duplex in which the central staircase connects the different levels. At all times, the glass and the skylights make us enjoy the exterior space, eliminating barriers and achieving a residential experience that is visually and spatially very attractive.
