No matter how old they are, if you have three children and all three must share the same room, the use of space must be vital so that they can move freely.
I advise you to buy one bunk bed not too high. Install your older child on the top bed and the younger ones on the bottom, since the older ones have no risk of falling out of bed as much as the little ones. The bunk beds can save essential space and they are definitely the solution when the room is not very big.
On the other side of the room wall, you can install a smaller bed or crib for your newborn baby. When I grow up, they exist three-bed bunk beds very practical.
Under the beds, you can hide storage boxes for toys and enjoy a not too spacious, functional wardrobe, with drawers and space to hang clothes.
