It is situated on the banks of the River Loddon, near wargrave (England). The house stands on a steel structure, leaving the floor free to allow the passage of water when the river flow increases.
The house has been made by John Pardey Architects and recently won the award for architectural excellence from the RIBA Awards (Royal Institute of British Architects).
