The house is located on a 2.204 m² plot with a slope of 17 meters of unevenness. The main idea of the project was to make a house in the context of the environment and with an orientation towards the Miera River. The slope of the terrain, which a priori may seem like a problem, becomes a solution through the design of a house closed to the north and open to the south, where the better views and the daylight.
All the big windows They help to dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces. The dining room and living room on the ground floor are visually connected to the garden thanks to the sliding glass doors. The composition is simple and at the same time proportional in the forms, prioritizing in its interior the wide, open and functional spaces. The materials used are concrete, glass and wood. Among other details, the heating system is radiating floor, so the use of radiators and other types of elements is avoided, in order to leave open spaces. The floor is made of anthracite colored epoxy resin and the exterior is covered with dark naturvex, while the exterior lighting it is taken care of in detail showing a harmonious visual effect.
