I like how this has been managed small space of 27m2. We find in it everything a house needs: a bedroom, a work area, a reading corner, a full kitchen and a bathroom. Whoever believes that it is not possible to live in 30m2 here has proof that they are wrong.
The high ceilings, the good space management and the right choice of colors, help to visually enlarge the room. Wood, textiles and plants add warmth to the space. A small but very cozy space is thus achieved with everything you need for a single.
When you enter the door of this small study you are faced with a bright and spacious room in which the sleeping area, the work area, the relaxation area and the kitchen share space. At first glance, nothing essential seems to be missing to make this small studio a true home, right?
Parquet floors, white walls, large windows and high ceilings all contribute to a 'false' feeling of spaciousness. And we say false because the meters, although well distributed, are what they are. Next to the door we find a very practical coat rack to store not only clothes, but also accessories and even books. And a lightweight bench, which can be used daily to put on shoes, but also to accommodate the guests by transferring it to the relaxation area.
The living area has been created from a corner sofa from the Ikea PS collection. A choice that has made it possible to save space and incorporate auxiliary tables where you can enjoy a coffee and a good book. On one side of this living room we find the kitchen, small but functional. It has a small work area and a storage area that serves as a breakfast bar at the same time. And there is no essential element missing to make it impractical: a fridge, a ceramic hob and a sink.
The bedroom is located next to the window. It has a large wardrobe, a standing mirror and a wooden ladder that can be used to hang different clothes. It is warm thanks to the textiles, which combine whites and tan tones, and the green plants that provide color.
