37,5 m2 exactly measures this apartment located in the city of Guldheden, Sweden. A small apartment but very well planned that has high ceilings and abundant natural light; characteristics that combined provide a greater sense of spaciousness to spaces.
The living room has a large window with access to a small south-west facing balcony. Near it the furniture of the living room has been located: a double sofa, a vintage upholstered armchair and a dresser that is used to hide the television and store some books. The set is completed by a small table and a rug that brings warmth to the oak parquet floor.
On the other side, next to the entrance door to the hall, we find the bed and a small desk to work on. Where are the clothes kept? I suppose you are wondering. This is stored in a large custom-made floor-to-ceiling cabinet, which offers large storage possibilities and next to which a large wall mirror has been placed.
