Decoration trends for 2013: trendy colors 2

Inside the book PANTONE® VIEW home + interiors 2013 There are also five other color palettes, apart from those already mentioned in the previous post, for this new 2013 that will set a trend in the world of interior design and decoration, these are the ranges: Glamor, Rugged Individuals, Extracts, Footprints and Sojourn.

The first of them, the palette Glamour, shows us some subtle contrasts between reds, greens and blues to create elegant decorations as they are muted tones far from the stridency of these colors, using for example Monaco red and blue along with gray and greenish blue without forgetting the classic blacks nor of the silver or champagne colors to give luminosity and sophistication to the general set.

On the other hand, the palette Rugged Singles It is made up of a range of very warm and serene tones reminiscent of wood, the perfect combination to create more classical spaces that are not strident and with a certain harmony, ideal for cozy spaces where you can enjoy the home with your family and the warmth of the interior while it is snowing or it's cold.

Another of the palettes to highlight for this coming 2013 is called extracts, characterized by being composed of a range of tones close to pastel colors and nature, providing luminosity and a cheerful appearance close to spring and summer. The browns and lands of trees and trunks are joined in this range by the pinks and oranges of the spring flowers and the light greens of their leaves.

For those looking for elegant combinations and a little more sober but without losing some color Pantone has created the palette sojourn, formed by a range of earth tones that are combined with purples, pinks and purples little strident that create harmony in bedrooms and living rooms.

Finally, the palette FootprintsIt is perfect for areas with a more pleasant temperature where it is not so cold and you want to have the color accompanying the interior of the home but without losing style and elegance. It is a harmony between mandarin oranges and electric blue accompanied and attenuated by some earth.
