Van Gogh's Starry Night - Interactive Animation

Greek artist Petros vrellis has made a fascinating version of «The starry Night"To Vincent Van Gogh. The painting shows the exterior nocturnal view that the Dutch genius had from his window in the mental sanatorium in French Provence. The work dates from 1889 and since 1941 it has been part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Through this spectacular work, Vrellis wanted to convey to the viewer the movement of the painting, allowing the user to interact through touch. Even sound responds to the flow of strokes and movements.
