Breezehouse is the most emblematic of the Prefabricated houses designed by the Californian company Blue Homes. A spacious house whose main feature is a large open concept room that blends in with the outside thanks to 16 sliding glass doors.

At 3000 m2, Breezehouse offers numerous rooms and private corners for the whole family. In addition, impressive terraces and outdoor spaces They have been specially designed to extend the house to the outside, making it possible to enjoy large outdoor spaces.
The house can be customized also with the addition of a garage, basement, exterior decks and / or modules that serve as a guest house, office or gym or art studio. The possibility of adapting the design, both interior and exterior, is probably a determining factor in the success of the company.
Other determining factors when choosing a prefabricated house over a traditional one are cost and manufacturing time. With this kind of «green» house energy is saved. The house is designed to maximize natural light, has solar panels and LED lighting, and uses recycled materials as insulation to maintain stable indoor temperatures.
