But nothing to do with what El Pocero has done in these parts. gwanggyo, which is how this spectacular city will be called, will be a ecological urban center which will house up to 77.000 inhabitants from 2011. The truth is that the buildings and urban environments that are being projected for the nearest future never cease to amaze us by the advanced nature of their concept.

In this new city there will be homes, offices, cultural and leisure centers, shops, green areas ... well, in reality the city will be all in itself a large green area. According to the architects, all the elements have been designed as rings that rise to the sky, with glazed surfaces y outdoor terraces, where they will be placed leafy plants that will improve ventilation. Also know reduce energy and water consumptionOn the one hand, taking advantage of the sunlight and on the other, using the slopes of the buildings to capture as much water as possible for later reuse.
