The Belgian architecture studio Juma has designed this duplex from two houses that were independent. The merger was a project developed in collaboration with Minimum Architecture.
The exterior stairs were demolished creating a new interior staircase. The two initial pools were maintained, keeping the interior rooms connected to the exterior through large windows, terraces and outdoor spaces to enjoy the island's climate.
The presence of daylight it is a constant, which is accentuated by the Ibizan white of the walls. The Panoramic views fully enjoy the landscape, while the contemporary and at the same time relaxing details in the decoration make Dupli Two House a avant-garde house that does not lose its Mediterranean essence.
