La luxury residence is located about 15 minutes from Palma de Mallorca, in the exclusive urbanization called Son Vida. It is the first of the six villas planned on the island by Cosmopolitan Estates, a company that is developing ultra-luxury resorts and residences without neglecting sustainable design, bringing together avant-garde interior designers and architects.
The villa has a total of 800 m² and is an example of moving poetry design, whose work began with the idea of transforming a decaying house that already existed in the 60's into something extraordinary. The result is one more twist to the Mediterranean luxury architecture that we find on the island of Mallorca, chosen as a new destination for inspiring architectural, technological and design possibilities.
